We are a newly opened Sushi Kiosk located at the Kinex Mall in Tanjong Katong Road.

At Nihon Sushi, we are on a mission to indulges sushi lovers with healthy and fun sushi, but with an affordable price.

• Assist in food preparation (before and during operations).
• Maintain the highest standards of food service quality.
• Maintain the kitchen equipment/utensils at utmost cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Serving food and beverage from kiosk.

Job Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Self-driven and process good learning attitude.
