Project Assistant (Part Time Freelancer Contract)

This is a freelance role. You may be required to go to the office to perform some tasks, but for other tasks not needing to be in office you may work from home during office hours.

Preferred candidates should be very organized, good at Microsoft Office, can follow detailed instructions and able to meet deadlines for tasks assigned. The ideal team member should also be good at communications and a

As Project Assistant, you will support the Operations team in the following areas:

  • Prepare fieldwork reports and monitor fieldwork progress
  • Checking of deliverables like survey links, coding, tables, charting etc
  • Prepare questionnaire documents in required formats
  • Coordination of logistics (e.g. vouchers order, product sent from client, etc)
  • Follow up on deliverables from communications with vendors
  • Any other coordination, administrative and logistical tasks that may be assigned to you

What It Takes To Be In This Role:

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Proficient in a second language other than English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good and supportive team player
  • Meticulous and detailed
  • Good at following instructions
  • Strong organization skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Cordial and friendly to all team members
