Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position serves a crucial role in supporting fieldwork and ensuring that logistic works for Quantitative projects run smoothly and professionally under our fast-paced business. He or she is expected to take an active role in planning and managing time to be able to support a number of logistics works from different projects that run concurrently with minimal mistakes in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess and recruit suitable interviewers and contractors to work on assigned projects
  • Ensure timely and high-quality recruitment
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions, conduct trainings, and manage onboarding paperwork
  • Update system and manage administration, contractor payroll, field inventory, and purchasing tasks
  • Manage productivity, welfare, and disciplinary oversight of interviewers
  • Visit fieldwork sites (island-wide locations including the air, land, and sea checkpoints) to conduct site training or witnessing

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum diploma qualifications in any discipline
  • Understanding of market research preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and “people skills”; able to effectively problem solve and diffuse potential conflicts
  • Organised with strong time management skills; proactive and able to meet deadlines and follow-up on action items
  • Detail-oriented, both in receiving and giving instructions
  • Good command of English and local language(s) (verbal and written)
  • Interviewer recruitment and sourcing capabilities
  • Computer literacy and accurate keyboard skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
