JOB DESCRIPTION
* Assist Sales to attend product inquiries and preparations of quotations.
* Follow-up on customer orders to ensure a timely shipment arrival and order fulfillment.
* Generation of sales report and operation meeting minutes.
* Provide general administration work and sales support role (e.g. Order Processing and follow-up quotation).
REQUIREMENTS
* Diploma/ GCE O Level.
* Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills with a desire to strive for continuous improvement.
* Self-motivated, independent and committed with initiative and desire to deliver meticulous work.
* Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Office 365
* Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
* Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experiences, with sales incentives scheme.
