NEROSO Pte Ltd – Junior Software QA & AI-assisted Developer

NEROSO Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company working on internal software tools for domain management, hosting, DNS, servers and data analytics.

We use AI-assisted development to build and improve practical applications supporting everyday business and technical operations. We offer an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real software and develop skills in testing, troubleshooting and programming.

Junior Software QA & AI-Assisted Developer

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented colleague who enjoys understanding how software works and wants to learn how to improve it using AI tools.

Your main responsibility will be testing our internal applications from a user's perspective, reporting issues clearly and verifying fixes. As you become familiar with the applications, you will also use AI coding tools to investigate problems and implement small fixes for review.

Responsibilities

• Test everyday workflows, edge cases and usability.

• Write clear bug reports with reproduction steps, expected results and actual results.

• Verify fixes and check for regressions.

• Use AI tools to investigate issues and propose improvements.

• Gradually implement small fixes and features, with review before deployment.

• Maintain testing checklists and practical documentation.

Requirements

• Basic programming knowledge in at least one language.

• Logical thinking, attention to detail and clear written communication.

• Interest in AI-assisted development and willingness to understand and verify AI-generated code.

• Ability to work independently remotely and ask questions when needed.

• School projects, personal projects and self-taught experience are welcome. No professional experience is required.

Knowledge of Git, APIs, SQL, Linux, DNS or hosting is a bonus, not a requirement.

Employment details

• Long-term employment with NEROSO Pte Ltd.

• Currently remote, Singapore-based.

• Full-time preferred; part-time arrangements can be discussed.

• Full-time gross salary: SGD 2,500–3,000 per month.

• Employer CPF contributions paid in addition to gross salary in accordance with applicable requirements.

• Part-time hours and monthly salary agreed separately.

• Target start: early November 2026.

• Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.

• Fresh graduates and students able to commit to regular working hours are welcome.

• This is an employment position, not a freelance engagement.
