Job Description
  • Work with the company to complete business management related matters; standardize business processes and ensure the interests of the company
  • Responsible for major business negotiations, review the terms of the business contract and organize cooperation agreement
  • Customer relationship management, build and maintain customer base (Especially in the China Market)
  • Lead the sales department to assist sales staff to complete the company’s product bidding project around the world
  • Being a good host to the visitors and partners from China, introduce and negotiate with them for business
  • Coordinate with sales and production departments to ensure product supply meets the market demand
  • Resolve business conflicts and maintain good relationships with partners
  • Analyze the business data of the partners, find the problems in cooperation and propose relevant solutions
