Job Description

Team Information

Supporting the Marketing and Advocacy team, the intern will help to Increase City of Good (CTOG), Giving.sg (GSG) and Giving Week (GW) brand awareness, exceed GSG donation and volunteer KPIs, by providing operations support for CTOG, GSG and GW – website creation, search engine optimisaion, influencer marketing, data reporting and administrative support.

Work Scope

  • Support website creation on WordPress CMS
  • Get hands-on usage of SEO tools used for keyword research, site analysis, link, etc.
  • Support the following deliverables: general website analysis, keyword research and technical audit.
  • Support internal/external stakeholder management and influencer management for Giving.sg programme when required.
  • Support the team on billing and finance
  • Tech Savvy and stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices

Requirements

  • Student graduated with A levels, or pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree with a interest in Digital Marketing
  • Tech savvy and is able to navigate well with new systems
  • Has experience with building website (nice to have)
  • Keen learner and is comfortable with data analysis
  • Sharp and detailed oriented and willing to support team’s administration needs
