- Job Description
- Support the operational management of L&P services, such as tracking indicators
- Support the management of engagements with charities
- Develop relevant content such as EDMs, sign-up forms
- Support refinement of L&P services such as collection and analysis of feedback
Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Familiar with online survey tool and reporting e.g. Qualtrics (Preferred)
- Familiar with Zoom, MSTeams, ActiveCampaign (Preferred)
