Responsibilities

• Performs all facial treatments therapy available.
• Advise and educate customer about beauty self-care.
• Conducts consultation to evaluates customer personalised needs and expectations to determine most appropriate treatments available.
• Practices the high standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation.
• Ability to up sell and cross sell to meets retail sales performance requirements.
• Manage customer appointments and actively builds clientele base.
• Consistently records and updates client records.
• Perform any other duties such as stocks counts, treatment rooms’ cleanliness, assist in bookings, etc.

Requirements

• Familiar with facial treatment processes.
• Retail sales and customer service experience of minimum 2 years are highly desired.
• Enjoys team environment and interaction with co-workers and customers.
• Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Customer service orientated.
