1. To make sales calls/field visit to drive new sales
2. To maintain existing customers by processing orders placed
3. To raise invoices in Xero
4. To send invoice and packing list to delivery/packaging department
5. To coordinate from order to payment with clients and internal teams
6. To ensure smooth customer relationship is maintained
7. To answer customer queries
8. To visit (sometimes) customer shop to ensure better relationship

Note: Tamil language is preferred as customer base is 80% tamil speaking. But not a barrier to application.
