Roles & Responsibilities

1)The role required to be fully reposnsible for the business Development and Growth in SIngapore and Surrounding countries.

2) would be fully responsible for the Profit & loss for the company which he needs to achieve on a monthly basis.

3) Device a plan of growing strategic / key customer and new customer for the group on regular intervals.

4) Negotaiting and maintianing the rates with various vendors to be utulized by the team to improve the overall sales performance.

Requirements

1) Candidate with minimum of 3-5years of Exeprience in Freight Forwarding Industry background.

2) Ability to lead a Team of people and mould them as per the companies requirements and able to steer the growith for Singapore Office.

3) Ability to work under preassure and able to guide the team aswell.

4)Ensuring Team Training and Development targets are achieved within the Set time frames
