Traineeship Description
This position reports to the Operations Director and interfaces with company managers and external vendors. Mysavvytutor Pte Ltd is passionate about an inclusive workplace - celebrating diversity in experience, background and perspective. Specific Responsibilities
- To manage data architecture, data utilization and daily reports.
- To participate in creating new and innovative approaches to problems through technology solutions.
- To research on trends and benefits of new tools, languages, methodologies and products which can potentially offer the company a competitive advantage and create value for client.
- To part-take in tech development and product features testing.
- To execute operational tasks relating to the implementation and roll out of product.
- To manage client requests and escalate support tickets to relevant parties in-charge.
- To support product development in mock-ups, process maps and data validation.
Competencies & Skills Trainees will learn during Traineeship
- Trainee will be able to learn and apply the different computing programming and coding languages (i.e. ReactJs for front end, NodeJS for back end, Mongodb and Nosql), working on framework to build the mysavvytutor applications.
- Trainee will be able to work on web and mobile based applications such as iOS and Android.
- Trainee will also be able to stress test product features and produce mockup wireframings for new feature applications.
- Trainee will be able to optimise processes on applications to support business and customer requirements.
- Trainee will be able to learn how to record maintenance and coordinate information with external and internal stakeholders.
Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or Tech related Engineering disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Knowledge of ReactNative, React and .Net preferred.
- Experience with front end coding preferred.
Duration of Traineeship Offered
- 9 months
Eligibility Criteria for SGUnited Traineeship
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities or overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
