Job Description
- Provide technical service and customer support during field visits
- Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing and verification tasks as provided in work order
- Recommend customers with solution to resolve and enhance customers’ network and infrastructure
- Work closely with Sales Team and Post Sales Team to ensure maximum success rate, reduce repeat visits
- Drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention with superior customer experience
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in field services in business customers space
- Hands-on and working experience with various common commercial brands of network related hardware (eg. CISCO, Ubiquiti, ASUS, etc)
- Familiar with fibre network setup
- Familiar with VOIP, SIP services
- Familiar with Firewall, L2, VPN, and other network solution
- Self-starter to deliver the desired customer service experience
- Ability to work alone without much supervision
- Ability to work on standby shift duties (on emergency call service)
