Talent management

• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining employees
• Responsible for hiring processes such as job posting, sourcing candidates through job fairs and social media
• Serving as first-line contacts for running background checks to screen candidates
• Conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating with the hiring manager responsible for making the final selection

Operations

• Support the daily operation of the customer service department (phone calls, emails & internal system)
• Create weekly and monthly reports
• Interacting with customers and handling customers' queries
• Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
• Other ad-hoc Assignments
