Your role: Assistant supply chain director (full-time internship)
We are looking for an autonomous and reliable Assistant supply chain director. you will report to the Supply chain director and will assist her in setting up, organizing and monitoring Inflow and outflow of all our goods.
Your missions will include the sourcing and the following up of different aspects of the supply chain, such as reception of the different parts of our products, establishment of the delivery routes, negotiation with the right transporter and setting up of our overall distribution for B2B and B2C (mainly France, Australia and Asia for the time being) to deliver on time our customers with the right planning!
Your responsibilities:
To assist the supply chain director In
• Planning and managing our sourcing, our logistics and our transportation of goods
• Optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
• Delivering on time our B2B and B2C customers with excellence
• Organizing the delivery of our e- commerce platform
• Liaising and negotiating with our suppliers, manufacturers, retailers…
• Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs etc.
• Arranging and optimizing plan routes and process shipments
• Resolving any arising problems or complaints from our customers with the support of the MKT team
• Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintaining metrics, analyze data to assess performance and improve flow
• Complying with local laws in each country of exportation, perfume & alcohol regulations and ISO requirements
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, preferably in supply chain
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
