Job Description

on the Operations & Admin side:

  • Follow up with insurance clients
  • Concierge support, training of clients / partners and managing issues
  • Members tracking and Fullerton management
  • Governance / compliance / credit control with partners
  • Support the ecosystem parties (clients, financial institutions, merchants)
  • Assist the G.M. in the operational running of the platform
  • Support Wellnex members and clinics to make the best use of the platform
  • Train Financial Advisors and selected vendors to use our platform

 

on the Business Development side:

  • Develop the BU for Loyalty Program (pitching, onboarding, training, monitoring usage of the BU)
  • Supervise an intern to help
  • Prospect and recruit Vendors to join the Wellnex membership programme
  • Contribute to our development by pitching for projects (like white label or API integration)

 

Skills & Profile:

  • Willing to push boundaries and execute new initiatives/projects
  • Autonomous and hands-on with a goal driven approach
  • Dynamic and driven person, with a positive mindset and resilience
  • Knowledge in Operations of partners network (medical, merchants...)
  • Knowledge in Insurance
  • Knowledge in Business Development
