• You are the ambassador for My Dream Wedding brand and are responsible for extending exceptional services throughout our guests’ bridal experience with us.
• You will be assisting the guests during the gown selection and fitting process, while being able to handle the weight and size of various gowns.
• Build rapport and foundation of a trusting relationship with the bride and her accompanying guests.
• Be well-versed and updated on the company’s service, products and on-going promotions so as to assist guests’ with their inquiries.
• Entertain calls and walk-in guests; be a professional consultant while actively proposes services that cater to their requirements.
• Be a team player; facilitate the shop operation and take initiative to contribute to the working environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Humble, Responsible & Proactive
• Patient & Composed, especially when faced with stress and guests
• Possess a warm & professional demeanor
• A good listener with strong communication and problem solving skills
• Has a keen sense on style, wedding trend and appropriate accessories
• Prior experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Willing to work on weekends and PH
• Proficient in both English and Chinese/Mandarin (written/spoken)
