JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Packing, dispensing as well as replenishment of drug supplies.
  • To assist daily operations, perform periodic stock counts and do general housekeeping.
  • Management of drug stock and inventory, involving monitoring of buffer stock, checking of near-expiry medications and receiving goods from store
  • Assist in the implementation of quality assurance and quality improvement projects and other projects & activities.
  • Perform billing functions
  • Process daily nurse request orders for patient supplies
  • Assist in registration of patients
  • Attending to feedback and enquiries
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant Certification/ Diploma/ Degree in Pharmaceutical Science
  • Relevant experience as Pharmaceutical technician is advantageous
  • Meticulous and has initiative
  • Able to work in fast paced environment with accuracy
  • Able to work 5.5 days
  • Immediate availability is advantageous
