Job Responsibilities
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Clinic to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of services
• Perform reception duties such as registration of patients, answering phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments, referrals and insurance claims
• Cashier duties and manage patient enquires
• Assist to manage the duties of Clinic Co-ordinator
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Customer service oriented
• Preferably experience in Healthcare / Medical care
• Good communication skills (phone and email)
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with a passion for improving operations
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be advantageous
• Experience in Phlebotomy/ Venipuncture will be added advantage
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
