MW Global Pte Ltd – Clinic Assistant (Internship)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform reception duties such as registration of patients, answering phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments, referrals and insurance claims
• Cashier duties and manage patient enquiries
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of services
• Assist the doctor during consultation with patients, including taking vital signs and basic patient care
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Candidates without prior experience in healthcare/medical sector are welcome to apply
• Suitable for candidates on school break looking for internship
• Must be available during Clinic operating hours: Mon-Fri full day, Sat half day (part-time and flexi-work arrangements possible)
• Customer service-oriented, with good communication skills (phone and email)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a passion for improving operations
