Job Scope:

• Responsible for event operations (set up, show days, teardown).
• Assisting the Project Team with ad-hoc admin and marketing duties pre-event.
• Liaising and following up closely with clients on a regular basis.
• Liasing with venue operator and contractors pre-event.
• Conducting periodic audits for operational matters

Job Requirement:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills to liaise with colleagues, clients and contractors
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
• Organizational skills and attention to detail is a MUST
• Must be able to multi-task where necessary
• Able to excel under tight deadlines and adaptable to change
• Self-motivated, dedicated, good team player
• Able to take ownership over duties entasked
• Interest in maternity and baby products is a bonus
