Job Description

Focus:

This role will support the business objectives of MullenLowe Singapore through the management of all core HR operations processes and policies. The HR intern supports the Senior Talent Manager to manage HR activities for all employees and is responsible for all general HR administration as well as talent acquisition as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the administration of all HR operations activities. Support in managing employees’ entire lifecycle within the company from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain HR records and employee data in various HR systems.
  • Assist in foreign employees’ work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Assist in preparation of various HR letters, including contracts, certificates, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Support and assist in monthly payroll process.
  • Assist in employees’ tax submission including foreigner tax clearance and annual tax submission to IRAS.
  • Support and administer government related funds/claims submission, e.g. MINDEF, Maternity compensation, etc.
  • Assist in preparation of HR reports.
  • Assist in training and development projects for the agency.
  • Be part of the employees’ engagement team and support in preparation and execution of related activities 
  • Coordinate the agency recruitment process in conjunction with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Manager
  • Support the implementation of various regional initiatives and projects

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with multinational network individuals as well as the local agency.
  • Experience of working in an agency/communications environment will be a plus.
