Infocomm & Quality Management Intern (6-Month, Starting 1 Mar 2026)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Quality Personnel with qualifications or experiences in ISO standards, key performance indicators and bizsafe. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintain of quality management systems (QMS) within the organization. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in quality management and gain valuable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, maintain and review QA policies, SOPs, and quality manuals.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality systems and operational efficiency.

· Conduct staff training to ensure compliance with QA procedures and standards such as ISO 9001 standards, IT security best practices.

· Maintenance, manage and update the organisation’s related ISO standard documentations and any other standards maybe onboarded that benefits the organisation.

· Conduct/support internal audits to ensure compliance with the organisation’s ISO certified standards.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in quality processes and information security practices.

· Support and assist in the preparation for external audits and/or certifications.

· Participate in risk assessments and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.

· Assist in the investigation of quality incidents and non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.

· Stay updated on changes to ISO standards and industry best practices related to quality management and information security.

Other Responsibilities

· Plan/support recreational activities for organisation.

· Maintain internal SharePoint websites and repository.

· Maintain, manage and improve digital forms used within organisation.

Requirement

· Diploma or Degree in Business, Quality Management or related field.

· Experience in QA, ISO compliance and IT compliance is preferred.

· Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate workflow and Microsoft SharePoint management will be an advantage.
