Description
* Contact and Communicate with Customer and Supplier (Local and Overseas)
* Liase with customer on inquiry and Order
* Provide Quotation and offer to Customer
* Order Processing, Order Confirmation
* Follow up with Customer on Delivery and Shipment, Invoicing and Delivery Order
* Assist in Exhibition, Road Show or Sales Event
* issue Odder to Supplier (Local and Oversea)
* Order and Delivery Tracking
* Shipping and Receiving. Shipment Booking and arrangement, Incoming stock check
* Incoming stock storage, maintain inventory record and re-ordering of stock
* Document filing, preparation, data entry, product label printing, office upkeep
* Simple Book Keeping
* Training will be provided
Requirement
* 1 year Experience in relevant field
* Possess GCE, ITE or Equilvalent
* MS Office knowledge
* Task Orientated and Self Motivated
* Proactive Team Player
* Bilingual language ability, (English and Mandarin-Written and Spoken), for communication with Chinese speaking Customers and Supplier in the Region.
* Knowledge on using Social Media tools such as What App, We Chat, Line App
* Customer Orientated
* Positive attitude
* Multi-Tasking
