We are looking for individuals with the right skillset, mindset and heartset to join us on ourstage as we perform for our clients to design communication blueprints, produce content and experiences that will move people businesses into action.
To perform effectively as an Event Management Intern you will :
● be hands on and not shy away from minor manual work
● Provide support to the team, be their understudy, grasp and understand the rationale and requirements of a project
● Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and observe timelines given by the team.
● Source and work with all levels of partners such as vendors, venues, talents and partners to source and deliver best options to meet project objectives
● Be assertive and able to negotiate beneficial and competitive deals for the project
With the right skillsets, you:
● have good verbal and written communication skills
● have basic understanding and use of MS Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, etc
● have good interpersonal skills to build and develop good relationships with partners
With the right mindset, you:
● are humble and willing to collaborate with others to meet the team goals
● are disciplined and deliver high quality work on time
● are organised, responsible and have great attention to detail
