JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Assistant Content Curator Reports to: Executive Producer

We are looking for individuals with the right skillset, mindset and heartset to join us on our stage as we perform for our clients to produce content and events that will move people into action.

As an Assistant Content Curator, you will work closely with the Executive Producer to support and deliver impactful content projects alongside our people, clients, and partners. You will be immersed in the content-curation and creation process at Motion and be part of the project team. This work may include preliminary research for compelling slide decks, writing and producing content for communications deliverables and outputs, and more.

You will be an instrumental part of the projects we perform, no matter how big or small; putting together strategic, creative and corporate communication pieces in place.

To perform effectively as an Assistant Content Curator, you will need to:

- Be confident, resourceful and independent

- Display the right attitude and take ownership of your own learning

- Provide support to the Content and Communications Team, be their understudy, grasp and understand the rationale and requirements of a project

- Research, gather, and find references for pitching and project work

- Be involved in and provide assistance in content and communications projects where necessary - tasks include (but not limited to) copywriting, content planning, deck design and ideation, research and brainstorming, and minutes taking

- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and observe timelines given by Executive Producer and Project Managers.

- Source and work with a variety of content, including written, graphical, sound and more that may be used as part of the projects

- Organise and assist in creating backup of assets upon completion of project.

- have basic knowledge of communication and its relevant software and tools

- will be capable of creating PowerPoint decks according to our brand guidelines

- will work alongside external content vendors

- have a keen interest and knowledge of trends for sensorial experiences, social trends and popular culture

- will be able to communicate on projects with internal and external stakeholders

- have interest and experience in video production (preferred)

Internship period: Dependant on availability of candidate - 6 months

Working Hours

5 days per week. Off-in-lieu will be given if required to work onsite on Sundays or Public Holidays.

9.00am to 6.00pm daily. However, due to the nature of the industry, working beyond the stipulated hours is to be expected. 

Allowance

$1,300.00 per month

No CPF contribution.
