We are looking for an individual to take on the following responsibilities:

• Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management and sales
• Mix formulated paints and varnish paintings
• Welcome and guide customers with high energy and create an amazing experience
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment
• Train and manage a team of part-time crew schedules and culture
• Work with the marketing and product team to implement social media promotional campaigns and initiatives.
