Responsibilities
- Handle sales/receivables/bank reconciliation for China operations
- Post monthly journal entries into GL and balance sheet schedules
- Assign AR and AP batch entries into sub-ledger
- Process AP payment which include payment checking and submission; monitoring of AP due date for major suppliers, etc.
- Liaise with China counterparts on daily finance related matters
- Other ad hoc projects and duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- LCCI Higher / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of AccPac accounting software
- Meticulous with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required in view of the need to converse with counterparts in China and examine Chinese documents
- Able to commence work in early Nov 2017
