Mother-In-Law Egg Tart is a modern F&B local bakery specialising in artisan egg tarts. Started out as a home based business in 2030, it has now opened its first physical takeaway kiosk in the fringe of CBD.
Job Specification:
- Preparation of raw materials (ie. kneading dough) for food production
- Production of company's offerings
- Adhere to company’s production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strict adherence to food safety, sanitation and NEA hygiene requirements and practices.
- Ensure that all raw materials are received, stored properly and utilized following the First In First Out (FIFO) principle
- Conduct stock check and monitor stocks of ingredients
- Ensure that food preparation equipment is being used safely & correctly; cleaned and maintained as per schedule.
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the kitchen in charge.
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to learn, proactive, passion for baking, team player and good communication skills
- Able to commit on weekends/public holidays
