3. Client-oriented and responsive (People skills: High EQ and great with communication aka have enough self-control to not strangle your colleagues and clients)
4. Constantly filled with great ideas (Love to contribute creative ideas/concepts)
5. Are ok with a change of plans/ideas/schedule (Adaptable and flexible thinker)
6. Are a problem-solver (No such thing as "can't do it")
