Who We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations or related field
  • Preferably from Ivy League or similarly competitive institutions
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internship experience in fintech, startups, consulting or financial services
  • Familiarity with digital banking, payment industry or startup ecosystem in Asia or Europe
  • Understanding of licensing compliance or regulatory processes (MAS, FRC, FCA)

 Internship Details:

  • Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
  • Duration: 3+ months (flexible start dates)
  • Type: Full-time, in-person
  • Compensation: Provided, with additional bonuses for high performance
