Office Assistant (Part Time)


Role Introduction

This role will assist the Office Services Manager in the conduct of all office related and document management functions within the Singapore office and act as a facilitator for all related requests from clients and staff .

Responsibilities

●Provide administrative support to the Office Services Manager to maintain all office facilities and document management services

●Responsible for scanning, sorting and filing tasks as assigned by the Office Services Manager

● Ensure all serializing and scanning tasks are completed in a correct and timely manner.

● Ensure that the scanned documents are sent to the correct clients according to the instructions and workflow.

● Ensure that all physical documents are filed in an organized manner in the correct boxes/trays/cabinets.

● Coordinate with staff for document deliveries and collection including couriers/postage as may be required..

● Ensure collection of physical mail by the respective clients from time to time.

● Any miscellaneous tasks to support the Office Services Manager.

Requirements

● Experienced in office support functions

● Good communication skills

● Organized and meticulous with attention to detail

●Familiar with using Mac or Windows PC and the related applications.

●Familiar with using scanners, serial printing machines and other office equipment.

Proficiency Tests

There will be two tests conducted during the interview process. They are as follows;

1.English Proficiency (10 - 20 mins) - An online test that is done before the interview

begins. A minimum of 75% is required.

2. Occupational Test (1 - 2 days) - If a candidate is shortlisted, they will be presented with a

set of open-ended questions that relate to the job role.

Other details

Job Type : Part time, Permanent

Schedule : 2 hours daily from Monday to Friday

Benefits : Flexible timing, Prorated Annual and Medical leave as per MOM

Salary : SGD 600 TO SGD 700 per month
