Equipped with a vast experience in household retailing and distribution, the company has since forged a strong partnership with high-end department stores and established the sales link to all major departmental store, DIY and speciality shops in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
In the era of a health-conscious environment and the company’s applaudable reputation, Modern Link has managed to surpass stiff competition over the years and expanded its product line and was granted distributorship rights to sought-after pedigree brands such as Hurom, Leifheit, Soehnle, Rayen, Mery, Rolser, Hailo, Tatay, Iris, Wenko, and Dr. Oetker.
Modern Link’s belief and focus on elevating the lifestyle needs of the families formed the robust strategy of the company. With the constant evolution of products and consumers’ expectations, the company had since revamped, with focus on e-commerce so as to cater for the continuous increase in product varieties and consumer’s instant gratifications. The company has since shifted to its own office with larger warehousing facilities to cope with the expected growth.
As we are currently expanding our digital marketing efforts and platforms, we are looking for an editorial intern cum content writer who has a flair for writing and enjoys the challenge of meeting editorial objectives to come onboard.
Job Scope
- Create engaging, relevant and educational content that is related to our brands’ industries (healthy living, home appliances, home cleaning) & aligns with our brand strategies
- Produce blog articles for our various brands (Hurom, Leifheit, E-Cloth, etc.)
- Conduct brainstorming & research for new content ideas
- Conceptualise, shoot & edit video & photo content
- Ensure all content produced are SEO-friendly
- Assist in basic maintenance of our WordPress websites
- Assist in CRM campaigns by developing email marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Background in Communications, English Literature or Business Administration preferred
- Strong command of the English language (both verbal and written), proficient grammatical skills.
- Have prior knowledge & experience in videography and photography
- Have a keen interest for the home living and home appliances industry
- Independent and self-motivated individual who can work in a team
- Experience with WordPress is ideal
