- Sales of hazardous chemical waste collection, treatment, recycling and disposal services, abiding to the regulations stipulated by the respective authorities.
- To provide qualified technical support to customers’ request for quotation, preparation, presentation and negation in line with the Company’s directives.
- Prospect new clients by cold calling, meeting, submission of quotes and close deals.
- Follow up on Customer leads and requirements.
- Business Development activities.
- Conceptualize and implement focused sales strategy to target area & industries.
- Oversee project work in field for specialized projects.
- Collection of samples for lab analysis.
- Responsible for complying with company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the image of the company is professional and ethically in compliance.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicate to and work with the Customer Service, Technical and Transport Department to resolve unique customer issues/concerns.
- Effectively manage customers and prospects by assisting in implementation of the Company’s marketing plans and maintaining required information in related database.
- Sell the services as assigned (i.e. Waste Chemical Service, Recyclable Waste Service, Precious Metals Recovery, etc.) against competition by differentiation and not just on price (selling is expected to be on the concept of our company providing “higher value” through our services).
- Ability to work diligently with Accounts to chase for AR, and settling of AP.
- Assist in utilizing the Company’s transport fleet by contacting the customer and scheduling of waste collection.
- Report / update Sales results.
- Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve services, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly within the department and with other departments to provide quality seamless customer service.
Requirements:
- Prefers candidate who possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Chemistry or Engineering, or similar fields.
- Computer proficient and fluent in English.
- Full-Time position available.
