Key Accountabilities:  

• Creative Media and Design – Produce video highlights, create whiteboard animation videos, develop Canva designs for all initiatives, design SharePoint pages, and prepare supporting collaterals. 
• Program Management & Facilitation: Lead and coordinate events such as the orientation program for new employees, HERizon initiatives, Conversations that Count virtual sharing sessions, and SP5 Building a High-Performance Culture campaign support.
• Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) Initiatives under MODEC Academy: Plan and execute end-to-end L&D initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with the priorities of MODEC Academy i.e. in particular the start-up phase of MODEC Academy. This includes supporting the launch of MODEC Academy, coordination of training sessions.
• Additional Responsibilities: Support day-to-day team matters, addressing queries and perform other duties as required.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields 
• Good organisational, project management, and communication skills 
• Proficient in media
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity 
• Minimum internship period: 6 months
