Job Description
1. Order Fulfillment
Order Processing:
Ensure timely order acknowledgment, processing, and dispatch.
Coordinate with logistics providers for smooth delivery operations.
2. Customer Engagement:
Utilize email, chat or messaging features to answer customer queries promptly.
3. Returns & Refunds:
Handle customer complaints, returns, or refund requests in compliance with platform policies.
