Job Description

Assist the Operations Manager on the daily tasks, routines and execution of MMi-TV and Suntec

Assist the Operations Manager on the daily tasks, routines and execution of MMi-TV and Suntec

Responsibilities

  • Setting up of tablets.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations with appointed partners and vendors.
  • Ensure the smooth installation process of MMi-TV at designated workshops.
  • Creating purchase requisition / delivery order / invoice for partners and vendors
  • Ensure all invoicing and payments are prompt.
  • Sourcing for Suppliers and Quotations
  • Managing and Troubleshooting of CMS software on tablets
  • Submitting a monthly / weekly report on Installation count and Asset tracking
  • Data management with 100% accuracy and timely updating of records
  • Inventory management of MMi-TV assets
  • input devices into system and perform monthly tracking
  • coordination related to delivery and collection
  • coordinate with Vendor on replacement of products under warranty
  • maintain record of devices that are out on demo, rental and loan
  • Scheduling and coordinating of Contents and Ads Upload on the 1st and/or 15th of the month.  (I’ve placed this in for now as an interim because I’m not sure what is the status for this moving forward)


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience, preferably in project management environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of managing CMS platform
  • Well-organized, detailed, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Applications
  • Possess a class 3 license will be an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
  • Committed and service-oriented team player
  • Able to start work in a short notice
