MIRA Skincare Pte Ltd – Studio & Event Preparation Assistant

MIRA Singapore creates interactive fragrance experiences for corporate events, celebrations and gifting. Established in 2019, we specialise in personalised Scent Bars, perfume-making workshops and curated fragrance gifts.

We are a small, hands-on business that values creativity, attention to detail and thoughtful presentation.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help with event preparation and keep our studio organised.

Responsibilities

• Pack bottles, fragrances, equipment and materials before events using checklists.

• Unpack returned supplies, clean equipment and organise items after events.

• Label perfume bottles and prepare pouches, card inserts and gift sets.

• Count stock, update inventory records and flag supplies running low.

• Check labels, quantities and packing quality.

• Receive deliveries and keep the studio tidy.

Requirements

• Organised, punctual and careful with labelling and counting.

• Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks and moving boxes of supplies.

• Able to follow checklists and work independently.

• Previous packing, inventory, retail or events experience is helpful but not essential. Training will be provided.

Work arrangement

An ad hoc, hourly-paid role based at our studio. Sessions are scheduled around upcoming events for preparation beforehand and unpacking afterwards.

There are no fixed weekly hours. We’re looking for someone who can return regularly as bookings arise, with schedules agreed in advance.
