MIRA – Freelance Scent Bar Event Crew

MIRA Singapore is an experiential fragrance company specialising in interactive scent bars and perfume-making experiences for corporate events and brand activations across Singapore.

Since 2019, we have worked with leading companies and event partners to create engaging, memorable fragrance experiences for their guests.

We are looking for friendly, confident and reliable Freelance Event Crew to support MIRA’s scent bar activations at corporate events across Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with guests at the scent bar
• Guide guests through fragrance selection
• Assist with simple perfume blending and bottle preparation
• Manage guest flow and keep the station organised
• Replenish materials during the event
• Assist with basic event setup and pack-down

Who we’re looking for:

• Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with guests
• Well-presented and professional
• Reliable and punctual
• Interest in fragrance, beauty, hospitality or events is a plus
• Previous event, retail or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential
• Available for ad-hoc weekday, evening and occasional weekend events
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore

Training will be provided. Reliable crew will have opportunities for regular event assignments.
