Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Generate new business leads and opportunities through networking, emails, cold-calling, etc.
  • Provide support to reporting officer when needed
  • Analyse and conduct research on industry, market and competitors regularly to stay abreast of latest happenings in order to identify, develop, and execute new strategies for business growth.
  • Identify target audience and personas, prepare sales pitches and proposals, and follow-up with leads.
  • Identify client's desires, needs and objectives and structure proposals accordingly.
  • Brainstorm & implement strategies to generate qualified leads and ultimately enhance conversion rate.
  • Develop an end-to-end sales strategy, from lead generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up all the way to after-sales satisfaction..
  • Manage sales process and perform planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting of sales activities, leads management and closing deals.

Requirements include:

  • Maintaining relationship with prospective/converted leads
  • Meeting potential customers to share opportunities
  • Gathering market and customer information for data-collection 
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ needs and desires
  • Securing and generating new leads through various mediums
