Job Description

Your key role would be a SaaS Project Executive, working closely with the Deputy Director where you'll manage and support projects within a SaaS environment (e.g. EdTech / CRM / Salesforce), ensuring successful delivery of software solutions by overseeing scope, timelines, resources, and client expectations, while also fostering strong client relationships.

Job Responsibility

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. 

  • Manage project scope, deliverables, and client expectations. 

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 

  • Document lessons learned from past projects. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project implementation. 

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships. 

  • Conduct user training and workshops. 

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation based on User Experience.

SaaS Specific Knowledge:

  • Understand the SaaS product lifecycle and how projects fit within it, preferably with EduTech, CRM, Salesforce products.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 

  • Manage software lifecycles, including onboarding, renewal, and deprecation.
