Job Description
The Finance intern would work closely with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and assist in:
- cash flow and profit and loss analysis of various projects
- valuation of projects on a regional basis
- structuring of investment deals (Taking into account factors like varying tax structures regionally, cost of capital etc)
- writing of investment memorandums and term sheets
- familiarity of agreements like investment and shareholders’ agreements
- liaising with shareholders and investors, and other group company members
- produce quarterly / semi-annual reports to the above; and any other tasks that may be assigned by the CIO.
