Conduct UI/UX research and design, optimizing the user journey on the Kokorolab platform.

Conduct user persona research to analyze target user characteristics, needs, and behavior to align the product with user expectations.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis for AI creative tools and communities and to assess industry trends and market demands, ensuring product competitiveness.

Analyze user behavior, gather feedback, and develop data-driven optimization strategies.

Research AIGC trends in the anime & ACGN industry and explore product development opportunities.

Translate research insights into product prototypes (Wireframes, Prototypes) and collaborate with the design team to create UI/UX solutions. 

Develop user journeys to improve product interaction and make AI features more accessible.

Assist in drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and drive product improvements and iterations.

Familiarity with ACGN and Nijigen/anime culture, community and platforms like Pixiv, Webtoon, etc.

Explore how Kokorolab can align with AI content generation trends in anime community and the broader content creative market.

Collaborate cross-functionally with the AI Research and development, design team to define product features, write requirement documents, and drive product optimization to bring cutting-edge AI algorithms into real-world products.

Identify key user needs through surveys and feedback, sharing findings with the product and design teams.

Job Requirements:

Have the ability to learn independently and an interest in AI creative platforms and Manga & Anime content creation.

Are familiar with AI-generated content, creative communities, and content creation tools, such as Pixiv, Webtoon, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.

Understand trends and cultures in ACGN community.

Have basic experience with product management or UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

Strong interest in the integration of AI and ACGN culture, with an understanding of content trends in anime communities.

Familiarity with AIGC tools such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion, as well as AI-powered image and video generation technologies.

Experience with product prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) for wireframing and prototyping.

Basic knowledge of product management, including product planning, market research, and competitive analysis.

Strong data analysis skills to generate insights from user data and feedback.

Basic to intermediate skills in drawing and illustration, preferably with a focus on anime/manga styles.

Familiarity with design principles and software (e.g., Procreate, Adobe Creative Suite, Clip Studio Paint).

Possess strong analytical and communication skills to articulate product ideas and drive team collaboration.

Ability to self-learn and solve problems, with efficiency in a high-performance work environment.

Are passionate about working in an agile and collaborative remote work environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in product and/or market research.

Familiarity with design principles and user experience processes.

Understanding of AI-generated art and content ecosystems.

Experience in market research or data analysis is a plus.

Experience in product planning or UX design is a plus. anime creation, virtual idols, or ACGN economy is a plus.

Japanese language proficiency is a plus, as it helps with understanding the Japanese ACGN market and user needs.
