The Job
Mighty Jaxx is looking for a Video Content Production Intern to join our expanding video team! The Video Content Production Intern’s role is to work closely with the team of video producers at Mighty Jaxx to assist in the execution of video content production.
Responsibilities
Create in-depth and creative storyboards for weekly/bi-weekly in-house series
Optimizing video content for multiple social media platforms
Assist video producers in preparing and co-ordinating pre-production plan
Assist video producers in executing video OR photoshoot
Edit video assets according to video editing SOPs
Work with marketing team and creative team to create video promos for product launch
Assist producers/designers in shooting samples for the team
Contribute to brainstorming and exploration of video content ideas/format
Keep up with and stay ahead of new video content formats or trends
Requirements
Currently pursuing their Diploma/Degree/Undergraduate in film-related /marketing /media-related disciplines
Keen interest in the latest trends in the relevant industry — i.e. able to identify viral trends etc
MUST be proficient in Premiere Pro, knowledge in other Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus
Ability to work independently in the pre-production, filming and post-production stages in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with DSLR
Technically skilled in handling cameras/lights/audio
Passion in video content production
A good sense of humour
An eye for visual storytelling
A good aesthetic sense
Passion for collecting toys or other forms of collectibles is a plus!
