6) Offered both Comprehensive and Non Comprehensive (ad hoc) service contracts. Comprehensive service contract includes spare parts, labour, services, logistics, and any repair work to be done. Non-comprehensive service contract includes only services, the labour employed to maintain the IT equipment. Any other expenses occurring during the maintenance process, like spare parts required, will be chargeable.
Job Scope
- Performing repair and maintenance functions on television sets
- Diagnosing damages and malfunctioning parts, if any
- Interacting with customers to understand the issues of their television sets
- Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
- Effectively managing time and meeting all specified targets and deadlines
- Completing all tasks as assigned by the supervising leads
- Following all standard operating procedures of the establishment, working in tandem with the company policies
- Other Ad-hoc matters as assigned
Job Requirement
- Higher Nitec/Nitec in any relevant field
- Require 1 year of working experience
- Team player
- Good communications and inter-personal skills
