Miclyn Express Offshore Pte Ltd – Intern – Finance

We are looking for 1 intern for the following position: 

Intern – Finance

General Ledger (GL)

1. Assist in month end closing including preparation of balance sheet schedules, review of monthly P&L and balance sheets;
2. Assist in month end inter-company confirmation of balances.
3. Assist in preparation of annual tax schedule.

Accounts Receivables (AR)

1. Assist in billing/invoicing to customers/inter-companies.
2. Assist in updating receipts from customers on timely basis.
3. Assist in prepare statement of account (SOA) and send to customers on timely basis.
4. Prepare AR aging report.
5. Prepare audit schedules related to AR.
6. Any other tasks assigned by the Superior

1. Demonstrate effective skills in written and oral communication, and in teamwork

2. Exposure to practical accounting knowledge in a functioning finance team.

Requirements:

• Final year students who are able to work 2-3 days per week
• Students from Accounting or Finance Faculty
