Requirements:
Min. 1 year of project management or operations experience, preferably in IT
Degree or diploma
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in English (Spoken and written)
Team player with ability to interact with all levels
Highly motivated, customer-focused and results oriented
Job Description
1. Part of project team
Responsible for coordinating, executing and monitoring projects end-to-end
Participate in requirement meetings to understand the business case, use case and user requirements
Work closely with Manager on project implementation planning
Work closely with technical team to drive project development and implementation
Monitor project progress and statues
2. Support Manager on client engagement
Prepare project timelines and project plans
Prepare project status updates
Participate in client status update meetings together with Project Manager
3. Reporting
Reports to Manager
Progress review and update with manager
Updating on project challenges and discussing with manager on possible solutions
