Property Photography Internship

We are looking for an intern that is passionate about entrepreneurship, creative and keen to obtain practical work experience on the ground operations. During their course of internship, he/she will learn to assist the asset and marketing team on delivering photo shoots, pano shots and 360 photos. They will ensure that new directives are properly communicated and executed by working with their direct managers. MetroResidences Singapore needs an individual who thrives in a fast-paced working environment, enjoys interacting with people and has a pleasant demeanour.

Responsibilities:

• KPI: 20 Photoshoots, Pano view, 360 view per month
• Conduct photoshoots of apartments and process both photos and pano view within 48 hours before listing on website upon approval
• Upload a 360 walkthrough of apartment on company’s Facebook page upon approval from Marketing manager
• Assist Marketing team in Q4’s plan to humanize the brand more through video snippets and projects

Skills, Competencies and Must-haves:

• Decent portfolio of property photography done prior
• Wide angle lens
• Proactive mindset in finding ways to enhance procedures and systems
• Meticulous and have a sharp eye with details
• Quick thinking to implement solutions to problems
• Good interpersonal skills to work within a close knitted team setting, as well as interacting with marketing clients
• Fluent in speaking and writing English

Commitment:

• More than 3 months
• 5 weekday work week, 9am-6pm
