Job Description

· Responsible/Coordinate to source, select and negotiate for the best purchase in terms of quality, prices, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers and/or various departments.

· Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with the Company policies, procedures and Operation’ specifications.

· Manage requestor’s requirements to ensure operational needs such goods and service supply, track orders for timely delivery and quality of purchased products.

· Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.

· Monitoring and coordinate deliveries of all items purchased to ensure all items are delivered to the project site on time.

· Keep track and assign items issued for Project Department/Site.

-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

· At least 1-2 years of procurement & logistics experience.

· Independent and result oriented.

-Highly driven with a positive attitude to learn and improve.

-Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment & multitasking.

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Required Skill(s): communication skills.

-Independent and result oriented.
