1. You will be required to assist in the course registration process which include: (1) answer course enquiries from walk-in or corporate clients, (2) handle course registration for walk-in clients, and (3) handle payment for courses.
2. You will be required to assist in the administration of training and assessment activities which include: (1) ensure safe distancing procedures are adhered to, (2) facilitate the deduction of SkillsFuture Credit, and (3) ensure participants and trainer’s attendance are marked promptly.
3. You will be required to assist in the management of social media pages which include: (1) to update Metropolis Training Academy’s website periodically, (2) to maintain and update Metropolis Training Academy’s social media pages.
4. You will be required to assist in the management of the Learning Management System which include (1) to create LMS accounts for participants prior to training, (2) to assist the trainer during the e-learning phase of the training and (3) to download the reports of the completed LMS.
5.You will be in charge of the overall cleanliness of the Academy and assist the management in maintaining the SG Clean certification.
